We usually have beef on hand, and sell anything from a single steak to a whole cow. We're open almost any time by appointment - just call, email or text.

40 lbs of delicious beef to you plus 8 pounds donated to the food bank: benefit the local community while increasing your portion of premium beef. About 20 lbs premium steak, 10 lbs roasts/stew/kebabs, 10 lbs ground beef.

100 lb. Quarter: $975
100 lbs total: about 24 lbs premium steak, 18 lbs roasts/stew/kebabs/tips, 58 lbs ground beef.

Good Deed Quarter: $1150

200 lb. Side: $1850
200 lbs of delicious beef: about 48 lbs premium steak, 32 lbs roasts/stew/kebabs/tips, 100 lbs ground beef, 10 lbs short ribs/shanks/flank/skirt, plus heart, tongue, oxtail, liver, kidney (10 lbs total).
